My Dream Job

My Dream Job
When I grow up, I want to be a veterinarian because I love animals and want to help them. Ever since I was little, I’ve been drawn to animals—whether it’s a stray dog on the street or a goldfish in a bowl. I remember once I found a hurt sparrow in the park. I took it home, fed it breadcrumbs and water, and wrapped its wing in a bandage. After a week, it could fly again, and I let it go. That moment made me feel so happy. As a veterinarian, I would treat sick and injured animals. I would help cats with colds, dogs with broken legs, and even small animals like rabbits or hamsters. I know being a vet is hard—I’ll have to study a lot of science and work long hours. But I’m willing to try. I’m already reading books about animal care, and I volunteer at an animal shelter on weekends. I hope one day, I can open my own clinic, where every animal is treated with love and care. Helping animals makes me feel useful, and that’s what I want to do for the rest of my life.
